Losing control trig sh sui
« on: January 13, 2019, 08:33:57 PM »
Things are getting worse for me recently. I've been taken to a&e 4 times in the last few weeks and refused to go another time. I feel like I'm losing control. I love I'm supported living but no one seems to care. I have  schizoaffective disorder and I feel I am getting bad again. My mind is a mess. Any coping techniques would be much appreciated. Sorry for the long rant.
