I don't exactly know. It's anywhere from now until Christmas. But I am seeing my paediatrition tomorrow. My mum reminded me tonight. I haven't actually seen him since it was set that I was to work on my anxiety and because I haven't seen him in a while and my mood is really low I really don't know what tomorrow's appointment is going to be like. I don't know what he going to ask or what he's not going to ask

Any chance you could ask them for an appt a bit sooner? No harm in asking.

Your pediatrician will likely want to know how you've been feeling, whether you've SHd, that sort of thing. Try writing down your struggles before you go so that you can refer to it during your appt or you could even print off this thread if it would help.

I'm wanting this to be a personal thing. Only for me. I don't want anyone to know about it yet. It probably is in November, I'll ask my mum tomorrow if there is a date set. I was thinking of writing all my thoughts down and how I've been feeling this week. Do u think that would help?  For my paediatrician tomorrow and my psychologist next week???

It definitely helps to write. I started doing it because I get flustered at appts and I'd get frustrated because I'd forgotten to say things that were important. It also helps identify triggers over time, when you read it again you'll start to understand what upsets you. That's what I find anyway, writing is my therapy. Plus, if you find it difficult to speak at the appt you could always give him the notes to read, I do this sometimes and it helps.

Everything went ok. Since I have to be discharged from paediatrics soon they want me to find a trusted GP. I was really quiet throughoutt it all, my mum did most of the talking but I did write every thing down and it was given to my paediatrician at the end. He says that I seem to be doing a whole lot better since the last time I saw him, which was a long time ago. But overall I think I will feel a whole lot better when I see my psychologist next Wednesday.

But there was this nurse there with him. I felt totally uncomfortable the whole time. Have u had any other people come in with doc while you have an appointment??

That meeting with my pupil support is on the 20th November. I think that's the best we can be offered to be honest, he is really busy.
