I'd say that your body will be tired after the high because the excess energy you've had is now gone plus your sleeping has been crap plus you're still getting used to the new meds. I think Osseipia being quieter is a sign that you're getting better.

Try not to feel bad about the work rotas, you are unwell at the moment and it can't be helped. You wouldn't expect someone who is physically Ill to work too many hours.   :hug1: :hug2:

I am scared of going low. The tendrils have started to creep in now. I feel tired a lot and am sleeping a lot. Also still a bit sedated by the new meds or that could be me slowing down from the hypomania.

I think you might need some form of distraction. If you like puzzles, do a word search or a sudoku. Do you like art? I find if I'm am with someone and they keep me distracted from being or low mood, even if they don't really know it they fear starts to go away. Being scared of getting a low mood again can make you over think and tired out, then you maybe might want to do anything. You don't even have to do anything that can take the energy out of you.

I know that you don't want to go low but you can't really stay high either. Try and be patient while things level out for you.  :hug1:

I agree that worrying can cause tiredness, it does that to me too. It's so exhausting when you're constantly worrying!

Being sedated detracts from the perfect image of me and I am giving myself a hard time whilst recovering.

I'm so glad that your PIP has been sorted!  :emot-thumbsup11: Hopefully you'll be able to start going to some groups again rather than staying in drinking alcohol. Heck of a back pay I'll bet, I couldn't believe it when I had mine! At least you don't have to worry about it for a while and can now concentrate on getting yourself well again.  :hug1: :hug1:
