Thinking of taking legal action
« on: September 10, 2018, 12:03:08 PM »
Hi.
So I feel like Iíve pretty much been treated like sh** by the mental health team where I live and have a care plan which states for no treatment or help.
Iím thinking of getting some legal advice and help. What do people think about this. I have another post in the crisis room which explains what happened today to bring about this.

It might be helpful to contact a MH charity for advice, I think mind do legal stuff or you could try the CAB. It could be that you need an advocate rather than to take legal action so it's best to chat with someone and see what your options are.

I am also making a formal complaint to the mental health team where I live.  I was talked too like a child and not a 41 yr old professional in need of help not sarcastic comments x
