Can't see that a chocolate bar and some toast will do too much harm. Are you doing any exercise to help with loosing weight?

Can you take the towels back, help to reduce the urge? Nothing is inevitable, you don't have to cut tonight, you can stay safe.  :hug2: :hug1:

I'm going to zumba twice a week and swim when I can.

Can't move the towels yet, maybe in a while.

SW didn't call, I wish she wouldn't say she'd call and then not do, I find that really hard to manage.

Yeah I know what you mean, very annoying when people say they will do something then don't. Your exercise sounds good should certainly help, but got to allow yourself the odd choccy bar now and then.

Take care Hun.  :hug1:

I'm sorry, I cut, have patched myself up.

Friday is my first shift at Mind, feel quite nervous, getting all the paperwork filled in and remembering to  get the client to sign worries me.

I want to  :hide:

Feel a knot in my stomach, don't know what to do with it.

Whether to try again at talking to someone, or whether to just cut.

The days feel all mixed up this week cos of the bank holiday, today doesn't feel like a Thursday, tomorrow won't feel like a Friday but I must remember it is and go for my shift at Mind.  Feeling really scared about that.

Im sorry you're not feeling good hun.

Could you try to call someone? Would be a 'healthier' way to manage the knot than sh'ing?

I know what you mean about getting days muddled, I've been doing the same thing all week. Can you put a note for yourself somewhere so you remember in the morning?
Thank you all so much for your support, I really appreciate it.
Please, all keep as safe as you can.

I will be thinking of you xxxxx :hug1: :hug
