Title: Have you had individual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the last 2 years?
Post by: Ian on December 08, 2019, 09:18:26 PM
Hi there,

Have you completed individual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the last 2 years?

If so, would you be willing to take part in a short, online research project?

I'm a trainee psychologist at the University of Sheffield. I'm interested in the views of people who have had individual CBT, regarding what they think is important in the therapy.
This could be really valuable for improving delivery of this therapy in the future.

If you would like to take part, please follow the link below:

The research involves completing some short, anonymous online questionnaires about CBT in general (rather than anyone needing to share any specific details of their personal therapy).

I've also been asked to remind participants to protect their anonymity by not responding/commenting as this could be taken as evidence of participation.
(Although I don't know if you would consider your profiles on here to be anonymous with regards to your person details anyway?)

Thanks very much for your help

Ian
