Hey I haven't posted in a while and looking back at it i was in a much worse place then. But nearly a month cut free. It's a big thing for me because i've survived some stressful weeks without harming, and for once, I actually feel motivated to not cut again. Plus its winter, which is usually the most triggering season because no one will ask about sleeves and cardi's. However, I haven't found the strength to throw my tools out. well, small steps i guess. A few months ago I was thinking, i'm never going to stop, I don't want to stop. But things have changed inside me. A long way to go emotionally yet, but i'm dealing with stuff better :-) hows everyone else doing x

I'm glad to hear that you're doing so well - you must feel pleased with yourself!

Take the small steps as they come. Soon they will be big strides :)

Woo well done woohoo
It just get easier i'm almost 2 years SH free. Don't panic if you have a little setback it doesn't mean you've failed you are bound to have a little wobble and then as time passes it gets easier and you learn more healthy coping mechanisms. Plus the longer you go the more incentive you have.
Keep it up ;D :creature:
