So after being diagnosed with depression and dependancy syndrome i found it hard, was harming alot!!

I came off this site and have not been on for quite a while....

well update for you all, i have since had many sessions of CBT and been to docs and been on meds for nearly 2 months now, i have not harmed since the 19th of Dec and plan to keep it that way, the medication is working well and i have been discharged from CBT as i can cope on my own.

From now on i have to keep it this way and have to learn to cope without others, as my syndrome suggests i am dependant on people, and i have to learn to be more independant,

I am lucky to have my fiancee, she is such a help to me, i am one lucky lady!!

Thanks for all you guys support and i will be on to continually support people when i can =]
