News breaking of chef Anthony Bourdain having taken his own life, and just a few days ago Kate Spade too, and a recent story I read recently showing suicide increasing in the US. This is rather sobering. I am finding the tweets a bit much sometimes self-care is needed with news coverage. We have also lost people from this site to suicide.
