Title: Psychotherapy Assessment

I have a psychotherapy assessment on Tuesday. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long the assessment is (are we talking ~1 hour or will it be longer?) and what sort of thing will be involved.

In my experience appointments are usually an hour but can be less than that. It all depends really on how much you have to say.

Up to an hour my first was 45 minutes
