Title: New Years resolutions
Post by: unknown_member on December 28, 2015, 08:53:06 PM
I've put this in survivor rather than rainbow hope that's ok?

So my New Years resolution is to drink less, cut out Pepsi max, stop smoking and lose weight.. Eek I'll be happy if I achieve at least three of those days Things...

My last New Years resolution was not to OD or end up with the crisis team and I haven't!

does anyone else have New Years resolutions ?

*applauds idea for thread..*

I've resolved to spend more time exercising every week by setting weekly quotas.
Knowing me, I'll probably have to binge exercise to meet that quota  ::)

Great idea for a thread

I don't tend to bother with New Years resolutions but this year it feels more important.

I have two. One is to lose weight and get fitter, in order to help achieve my second one - to get pregnant.

We've been trying for a baby for almost a year so fingers crossed it will happen for us this year!

Just In case you haven't heard about it... If your on Twitter and feel lonely this new year (including being with people but still feeling lonely and isolated) Sarah Millican started #joinin on Twitter, just use the hashtag to chat with other people who are lonely.

As Sarah millican says. No rules just be nice and stay safe.

Hope you all have a good new year.

I'm planning on losing a bit of weight this year, and I want to complete the couch to 5k program. I also want to find a job I can progress in and make a career out of.

Wishing each and everyone of you a healthy, happy & positive 2016  :1025:

Cut down on procrastinating.
Read more often.
Find somewhere to live.
Keep up with running. Run a marathon in October.
Pick up photography again.
Get through the icky stuff in therapy.
