Government promises on mental health
« on: March 17, 2015, 12:27:12 PM »
You may be hearing some rumblings about government promises action on mental health. It is election season, after all.

http://www.bbc.com/news/health-31914765

And previous to this we had Nick Clegg talking about significant investment in the area of eating disorders.

It would be great if this could actually materialise. We know how important early intervention is and if delivered real change and access to services it can improve people's lives for the better.
Strength, courage and wisdom.

And they're saying - how did it come to this?

Seem to forget in the last 5 years mental health services have been cut due to lack of central and local government funding!!!

How did they not remember/realise??!!

Crazy!!!
