so a friend of a friend that I dont know that well told me that I dont look like someone with mental health problems....... sorry I didnt bring my strait jacket with me today......... Just when you think youve heard it all!!

It's a well known fact that many people with MH problems have 3 heads - obviously as a person with only one head, you're indistinguishable from any other person. I'd take it as a badly worded compliment - what she meant was that you look great.
