i think i have probably asked this question before

so sorry if i have

but my husband has said he is looking for some sort of face to face and or online support group

some one to talk to other than gp

because he is really struggling to cope with me

and my mood swings and everything than is caused by the mental illnesses

for any one who doesnt  know i have BPD and PTSD well they are the main two that cause the most trouble!!

so i was wondering if there is any that anyone can recomend

any ideas welcome

i have looked and found a few but was wondering if there any that people recommended

no one wants to know
no one cares
those who do want to know,
want to know so they can use it against me
hurt, pain, anger, destruction, death and hatred, the story of my life
all i hope for is some one i can love trust and believe loves and cares for me and wants whats best for me

There is always the Friends & Family area on here. Otherwise can your GP recommend something specific to your area?

Do MIND run in your area - they usually have drop-in centres.

Failing that try google!

A forum that I use sometimes has a section on support groups in different parts of the country.
