I came across a resource recently that can be really useful if people struggle to explain their needs or what may help them if they are struggling.

They are small laminated cards that are designed to clearly and politely get a point across to someone. They have a lot of different condition specific cards and lots of general ones too. They also have some good pacing tools to help people plan their time more managably.

We got some bits from them for my sibling, who has a joint condition. They have just the right balance between comedy and serious message, I think.
