Terri,

Firstly don't be too hard on yourself! just try to do a little each day. I think the swimming for 30 minutes is a wonderful idea because just  30 minutes means your b**ning fat and it is really good for your heart.

Just gentle exercise will make all the difference.

have you found anything thats works for you
