ok i have a question
about 2 months ago i went over on my foot
kind of twisted over to the side
it was painful at the time but didnt last long
the last 3 weeks it has been very painful
now i seem to remember a few years ago a frined of mine had something similar and found out she had broken a small bone in her foot and could still walk on it
i can walk on it but i cant rest it on the ground and i cant touch it
its kind of a dull ache sometimes and a really painful dragging pain at others if i step funny
any suggestions would be gratefully welcomed

I would suggest going to the doctor, we can't offer any medical advice but if it is troubling you, you should definitely see a medical professional.
