Medical tattoo and scars
« on: October 07, 2016, 08:08:35 PM »
HI Everyone,

Im not sure this is the right place to post, so apologies if not -  I am a tattoo artist and a medical tattooist - the latter comprising of Nipple and areola tattoos for clients that have had mastectomies and or Breast augmentations, Camouflage tattoos for skin conditions such as vitiligo and skin grafts and i do a specialised dry tattooing technique known as MCA: Multireannic Collagen Actuation for trauma / surgical scar tissue, stretch marks, self harms scars, Wrinkles, Acne scars and all forms of b**n scars.
The MCA technique makes Microscopic perforations in the scar tissue, and this trauma prompts the skin to produce collagen, thus promoting self healing. Scarring is made flush with the skin, becomes smoother in texture and in most cases it repigments as well. The results to date with this treatment are phenomenal.

So basically, i wanted you guys to known that there are people like me that exist to help aid in your physical healing, when your reach that point. Of course, the other alternative is to do an awesome rebellious piece of custom artwork over your scar tissue!
Im not trying to sell you anything - Im trying to let you know of these new techniques and options. I have worked with many self harmers on their road to recovery - and it just excites me to see the results!!!
So guys - Please feel free to ask me any questions if any of you need any help / advice as to your scar tissue and whats best suited to you!
Much Love to you all

Could you let me know if there is a database or register with people qualified to do this work? Tried looking online for a medical tattooist local to me, but can't find one. (I live in Worcestershire). I'm really interested in looking into this..

When I finally stop for good, I plan to get a tattoo to cover the scars on my left arm.
